Neck Harness for Weight Lifting Neck Workout Builder Equipment for Training Gym Exerciser Head Harness Injury Recovery Adjustable Long Steel Chain and D-Rings Strap Improve Muscle Strength
FLEXION
In Flexion, tilt your head forward until your chin is pressed up against your chest for maximum forwards stretch. This exercise targets the back of your neck and builds up muscles in that area to help in thickening it. By using our head harness for weightlifting you can further deepen your stretch, and over time, gradually increase the weights for practicing resistance.
EXTENSION
In Extension, your head is tilted back until you are facing the ceiling. Move your head back as much as possible and comfortable, but at least until your head is parallel to the ceiling, and you start feeling a slight strain in the front of your neck. By using our weight harness you can further deepen your stretch, and over time, gradually increase the weights for practicing resistance. You can also achieve the desired results by lying face-down on a bench and lifting your head.
ROTATION
In Rotation, your head rotates as if to look sideways. During this exercise, make sure that your back and the rest of the body don’t rotate along with your neck. By using our neck workout equipment you can further deepen your stretch the same way you do during Lateral Flexion, by anchoring your Harness to an unmoving object using resistance bands
