Landmine Club Grip Attachment for Olympic Bar for Rotational Strength Training and Functional Training
- Landmine Club Grip for Rotational Strength Training – The Landmine Club Grip is a functional training attachment with a solid steel ball-shaped end which fits over the sleeve end of an Olympic bar to allow rotational training exercises to be performed against weight resistance.
- As part of Body-Solid’s Landmine Attachment (LMA) series, the Landmine Club Grip is intended for use with an Olympic bar, Olympic weight plates, and a landmine at ground level on the opposite end.
- Working out with the Landmine Club Grip adds versatility and greater comfort to traditional landmine strength exercises.
- The club end of the attachment has a ball diameter of 2.5 inches (slightly smaller than a baseball and slightly larger than a racquetball for reference).
- This allows for exercisers to either grip the ball with fingers and thumb around it for rotational movements, or to have the ball sit firmly and comfortably into the palm of the hand for upward presses when strength training.
- The Landmine Club Grip will allow users to train in multiple planes while targeting a number of muscle groups.
- Thanks to a multitude of rotational exercise possibilities, landmine exercises improve strength and power while working the stabilizing muscles of the core, hips and shoulders.
